Gary M Cook

Gary M Cook

Team Member

Gary has more than 30 years’ experience of people and organisational development and has owned and managed BEP solutions since 2001. Early career work with Sainsbury’s and BT was followed by a succession of roles in people development and consultancy, where Gary has managed to develop an extensive array of knowledge and experience, covering management and leadership, marketing, strategic management, operations management, change, and organisational performance.

Gary’s experience extends across a number of different industry sectors including; manufacturing and assembly, automotive, services and professional services, transport and logistics, and retailing and hospitality. He has worked with a variety of organisations including BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce, Corus, Renault, Hyundai, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, UPS, Mitsubishi Materials, Sumitomo, DS Smith, Pace, Eurotunnel and the IOD. Gary has designed learning and facilitation programs for more than a hundred different companies and for many thousands of managers. He has further worked with a number of SME organisations, creating and delivering initiatives to enable profitable and sustained growth. Gary has three degrees in management and marketing from world renowned institutions.

Keith Morton

Following an early successful career in management, training and leadership development with the Post Office and BT, Keith has continued to work in the people and organisational development arena for more than 20 years. Combining consultancy and executive coaching alongside leadership training and facilitation, Keith brings a practical and real world focus to each project intervention.

Experienced across a number of sectors; including manufacturing, distribution, services and finance, Keith takes the opportunity in each case to design experientially based development and learning. From this design Keith adopts an engaging and pragmatic approach to facilitating understanding and application. Past clients include Network Rail, Valvoline International, Taylor Woodrow, Silver spoon, TNT, Sumitomo and Allied Irish Bank.

Keith further works on regular national and international assignments and has qualifications in management and employee relations and is also a qualified Transactional Analysis Practitioner.

Malcolm Lewis

Malcolm has spent many years facilitating, developing and ‘weaving‘ the dynamics of corporate Boards and senior management teams to enable performance. An early career with KPMG and later experience as a corporate financier and management buyout specialist have enabled Malcolm’s extensive business and management knowledge.

A qualified chartered accountant and with degrees from Bath and Bristol Business Schools, Malcolm is an experienced management consultant, facilitator and adviser covering corporate strategy, corporate valuation, strategic leadership, corporate governance, and individual and team psychodynamics.

Malcolm has extensive experience, working on projects in the UK and each continent. Clients have included IBM, NatWest, Vodafone, Morrisons, Axa, Merck, Wasps Rugby and the World Health Organisation. In the public services sector, Malcolm can include NHS Scotland, Ordnance Survey, the Open University and the National Trust amongst his clients.

Jaqui Chapman

After an early career in the NHS and other public services roles, Jaqui moved into the private sector in 1990 and has since provided executive development, coaching and facilitation interventions that produce sustainable improvement and effectiveness. She has built strong and lasting client relationships across a number of industry sectors including; engineering, automotive, IT, telecommunications, property and motorsport.

Jaqui’s expertise crosses over a number of critical areas of business, management and leadership. These include leadership development and change, solution focused thinking, organisational psychology and behaviour and strategic people management. Some of her past client projects include work with Jaguar Land Rover, RML Group, Jordan Grand Prix, Barclays, UPS and Williams F1.

Jaqui has 3 degrees covering organisational psychology, management and strategic HRM. She is a Visiting Fellow with Cambridge University International Business School and also works regularly with the CIPD.
