The pioneering approach to create a link between a leading education institution, a boutique consultancy and a client wanting to institute real change to a mature industry – was something that he felt could be replicated in other businesses. Following early work with clients including: Group 4; Bristol Street Group; BA; Alstom; National Power and Land Rover; the business has evolved to drive closer links between business success and business learning.

In a world that is moving so fast, it is imperative that business leaders and managers should maintain their fitness for purpose. BEP we believe consistently effective businesses are those that truly recognise the need for executives and managers to keep learning – effectively! As the world changes, it is further imperative that a business should address how it needs to change from a strategic perspective in order to keep ahead of the curve. Often, whilst the strategy changes, it is apparent that the learning and development within the business hasn’t kept up. This can mean that the business loses ground to the competition, or that disruptors spot an opportunity to gain momentum.
Our purpose is to work with organisations to enable them to identify what they are, what they want to be and what they need to do. We work with the business to understand the intent, content and context (ICC) – in order to establish where you are and what you need to be thinking about as you move forward. This is the Build element of the BEP approach.
